Apple pie from the pan with raisins
Portion size: For 1 child and 1 adult
- Heat the raisins in the apple juice , then let it cool down. Wash the apple, grate coarsely with the skin down to the core.
- Whisk the egg, gradually adding flour and milk stir in, then fold in the raisins, grated apple and flaked almonds. Let the dough stand a little.
- Melt 1 teaspoon of oil in a large non-stick pan and pour in the dough. Cover and bake over medium heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown, then turn. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and finish baking the cake. Drizzle the apple pie with maple syrup and cut into wedges.
