Apple pie from the pan with raisins


Portion size: For 1 child and 1 adult


  1. Heat the raisins in the apple juice , then let it cool down. Wash the apple, grate coarsely with the skin down to the core.
  2. Whisk the egg, gradually adding flour and milk stir in, then fold in the raisins, grated apple and flaked almonds. Let the dough stand a little.
  3. Melt 1 teaspoon of oil in a large non-stick pan and pour in the dough. Cover and bake over medium heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown, then turn. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and finish baking the cake. Drizzle the apple pie with maple syrup and cut into wedges.
