Apple pancakes

- 1 (200 g) Apple
- 3-4 tablespoons Mineral water
- 1 EL (10 g) Oil
- 1 TL (10 g) low-sugar jam

- Beat egg and flour until smooth . Let soak for about 10 minutes. Wash the apple, peel if necessary. Quarter, core and cut into thin wedges
