Apple pancakes

  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 (20 g) go. Tbsp flour
  • 1 (200 g) Apple
  • 3-4 tablespoons Mineral water
  • 1 EL (10 g) Oil
  • 1 TL (10 g) low-sugar jam

Beat egg and flour until smooth . Let soak for about 10 minutes. Wash the apple, peel if necessary. Quarter, core and cut into thin wedges

Stir mineral water into the dough. Heat the oil in a pan Pour in the batter, place 2/3 apple wedges on top. Bake the pancakes until golden brown on each side. Serve with the remaining apple wedges and jam
