Apple pancakes

For 4 people
  • 200 g flour
  • 1/2 TL Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
  • 100 ml Mineral water
  • 3 Apples (approx. à 100 g)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 10 g hearty oatmeal
  • 4 TL Oil
  • 150 g Whole milk yogurt

Mix the flour and salt. Add eggs, milk and mineral water. Mix everything with the whisk of the hand mixer. Approx. Let it soak for 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash the apples and cut out the cores.

Slice the apples and drizzle with lemon juice. Roast the oatmeal in a pan and set aside. Heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan and add a quarter of the batter.

Bake until the edge is firm, then cover with apple rings and bake for 1 minute. Turn and bake for about 2 minutes to the end. Keep warm. Prepare the remaining pancakes in the same way. Serve on plates with yoghurt.

Serve sprinkled with oat flakes.
