Apple pancakes with ham

For 1 person
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 EL (15 g) flour
  • 5 tablespoons (10 g each) Skimmed milk
  • Mineral water
  • 1 (125 g) Apple
  • 1 1/2 tsp (5 g each) Oil
  • 2 slices (20 g each) Salmon ham
  • coarse pepper
  • Parsley

Whisk the egg, stir in flour, milk and some mineral water. Wash and quarter the apple, remove the core. Cut the apple into fine wedges. Heat the oil. Pour in the dough, cover with apple wedges and bake until golden brown on both sides.

Place the salmon ham on the pancake, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with parsley.
