Apple pancakes with cinnamon and sugar

For 2 people
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 90 ml Buttermilk
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 leveled TL baking powder
  • 35 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 (180 g) apple
  • 1/2 TL Oil
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 30 g sour cream
  • Apple slices

Creamy egg and fat in a mixing bowl stir. Add the buttermilk and stir in. Mix the flour, baking powder, 25 g sugar and salt and stir into the egg buttermilk mixture. Wash the apple, rub dry and cut into 6 slices.

Remove the seeds with a knife. Brush the pan with oil and heat. Put apple slices in the pan. Place 1-2 tablespoons of dough on top and spread the bottom of the apple onto the apple slice until it is completely covered.

Pancakes on each sideBake for about 2 minutes until golden brown, remove and let drain briefly. Mix 10 g sugar and cinnamon. Serve the pancakes with sour cream and cinnamon sugar. Decorate with apple wedges.
