Apple Obatzda

  • 1 Apple (approx. 150 g)
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 2 EL Lemon juice
  • 3–4 stem (s) Thyme
  • 250 g Camembert (45% fat i. Tr.)
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Wash, quarter and core the apple. Finely dice the apple quarters. Heat 10 g butter in a small pan. Add the apple cubes and lemon juice and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Let cool down

Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves off. Cut the camembert into cubes / pieces and knead together with the remaining butter (115 g) and thyme with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and finally mix in the apple cubes
