Apple muffins

Wash the apples , peel and quarter. Cut out the core casing. Cut the pulp into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift into a mixing bowl. Salt,Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, eggs, oil and buttermilk and use the dough hook of the hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Carefully fold in the apple pieces and chocolate chips. Put 2-3 paper baking cases inside each other and fill 3/4 of the way with batter. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
