Apple milk rice

- 250 ml low-fat milk li>
- 50 g Rice pudding
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1/2 (approx. 75 g) Apple
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 3 EL Vanilla yogurt (made from low-fat milk )
- Cinnamon

- Boil milk in a saucepan. Add rice and let soak for about 20 minutes over low heat. Finally stir in sugar. In the meantime, wash the apple and cut out the core.

- Cut the apple into sticks and drizzle with lemon juice. Layer the rice pudding and yoghurt in a bowl, sprinkle with the drained apple sticks. Dust with cinnamon and decorate with mint and apple wedges.
