Apple milk rice with vanilla yogurt
- 300 ml Milk (low-fat, 1.5% fat )
- 50 g Rice pudding
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1/2 (approx. 75 g) Apple
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 125 g mild fruit yoghurt 'vanilla flavor' (made from skimmed milk)
- Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan. Add rice and let soak for about 20 minutes over low heat. Finally stir in sugar. In the meantime, wash the apple and cut out the core.
- Cut the apple into sticks and drizzle with lemon juice. Pour rice pudding into a small bowl. Place the yogurt on top and sprinkle with the drained apple sticks. Serve decorated with mint leaves and apple wedges as desired.
