Apple jelly

For 4 people
  • 1 bag (1/2 pack for 500 ml of water ) Raspberry flavor jelly
  • 1/2 l Apple juice
  • 6 EL Sugar
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Apple
  • 1 Bag of dessert sauce 'Vanilla flavor'
  • 1/2 l Milk

Mix 1 sachet of jelly powder in a saucepan with the apple juice and let it swell for 5 minutes. Add 4 well heaped tablespoons of sugar and heat while stirring until everything is dissolved (do not let the liquid cool) . In the meantime, peel, halve and core the apple. Cut the apple quarters into fine sticks or roughly grate. Put the apple sticks into the still liquid jelly and divide into 4 glasses. Let the jelly set (5-6 hours). For the vanilla sauce, sauce powder, approx Mix the tablespoon of milk and the remaining sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, stir in the sauce powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Place some cling film directly on the sauce and allow to cool (this is how no skin). Serve the apple dish with vanilla sauce
