Apple jelly with calvados and mini apples

  • 2 kg Apples
  • 1 Pack (1 kg) Preserving sugar (1: 1)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 6 cl Calvados
  • canned baby apples

Juice the apples in the juicer. Mix the apple juice with the preserving sugar and lemon juice and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 4 minutes. Add the calvados. Pour jelly into prepared glasses. Add baby apples and close immediately
