Apple fritters with vanilla sauce

For 4 people
  • 1/2 l milk
  • 1 packet 'Vanilla flavor' sauce powder
  • 4-6 EL Sugar
  • 1 egg (Gr. M)
  • 75 ml white wine
  • 75 g flour
  • Salt
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • Lemon juice
  • 5-8 EL Oil
  • 1/2 TL cinnamon

Mix 6 tablespoons of milk, sauce powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Stir in the sauce powder and simmer for about 1 minute. Let cool down

Mix the egg, wine, flour and a pinch of salt until smooth. Approx. Let it soak for 10 minutes. Peel the apples and remove the core with an apple cutter. Cut the apples into approx. 12 rings and drizzle with lemon juice

Heat the oil in a pan. Pat the apple rings dry, pull them through the batter and bake in portions in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Mix the cinnamon and 2-4 tbsp sugar. Turn apple fritters in it, serve with sauce
