Apple Dream

- 1,5 kg apples
- 250 ml s pan> clear apple juice
- 3 packets vanillin sugar
- 50 g sugar
- 100 g Rusks
- 25 g Butter
- 2 EL + 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 500 g Whipped cream
- 1 span> large freezer bag

- Wash, peel and quarter the apples, cut out the core and dice the pulp. Bring the apple cubes, apple juice, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and sugar to the boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 12–15 minutes, depending on the type of apple. Put in a bowl and let cool down

- Put the rusks in a large freezer bag, close and crumble with the help of a cake roll. Melt the butter in a large pan, toast the rusk crumbs while turning. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and mix in. Remove from the pan and let cool down as well

- Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff, sprinkling in 2 packets of vanilla sugar. Layer the apple compote, rusks and cream in a dessert bowl. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and refrigerate for about 1 hour
