Apple curd tart with blackberries

Peel the apples, cut out the core with an apple core. Halve the apples and use a small knife to score the round sides several times
Pour the topping into the tart and cover with the apple halves. Place blackberries in the gaps and bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 1 1/4 hours
Take out the tart and let cool on a wire rack. Boil the jam with 1 teaspoon of water and brush the tart with it. Whipped cream tastes good with it
