Apple curd dish

- 3 medium-sized apples
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4-5 easy-going tablespoons of sugar
- 150 ml white wine or apple juice li>
- 1 TL Cornstarch
- 250 g Lean quark
- 150 g sour cream or crème fraîche span>
- 1 packet Vanillin Sugar

- Wash, quarter and core the apples. Cut the pulp into thin wedges. Drizzle with a little lemon juice

- In a saucepan, caramelize 3 tablespoons of sugar while stirring until light brown. Deglaze with wine and bring to the boil. Mix the starch and 1-2 tbsp water until smooth and stir into the wine. Add apple wedges and cook covered for approx. 4 minutes. Allow to cool

- Mix the quark, sour cream and vanilla sugar until smooth. Season to taste with the rest of the lemon juice and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Fill into 4 dessert bowls, arrange apple compote on top. Possibly. decorate
