Apple curd cake with pistachios

Separate 1 egg. Knead the flour, fat, 100 g sugar, 1 egg and egg yolk into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In the meantime, peel, quarter, core and cut the apples into wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice. Coarsely grate the marzipan, stir together with the ground pistachios, 3 tablespoons of calvados and egg white until smooth. Roll out the dough round (36 cm Ø) on a floured work surface and line a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) with it. Pull the dough up about 6 cm on the edge of the springform pan. Put the pistachio marzipan on the bottom and smooth it out. Spread the apples on top. Mix the pudding powder with 60 g sugar and stir with 200 ml milk until smooth. Bring 550 ml milk and vanilla pulp to the boil, remove from heat. Stir in the mixed pudding powder, bring to the boil on the stove again while stirring and let simmer for 1 minute. Stir 2 tablespoons of calvados into the pudding, stir immediatelygive the apples and smooth them out. Beat 2 eggs, 120 g sugar and vanilla sugar until thick and creamy. Sieve strength on it. Add quark and 80 ml milk and stir in. Put the quark mixture on the pudding and smooth it out. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 50 minutes. Let cool down. To decorate the apple, wash, quarter, core and cut into wedges. Caramelize 100 g sugar in a pan until light brown. Turn the apple wedges in it. Place on an oiled piece of aluminum foil and let cool down. Decorate the cake with apple wedges and chopped pistachios
