Apple Crumble

  • 1 packet vanillin sugar

  • 100 g Hazelnut Brittle
  • 2 EL ground hazelnut kernels
  • 800 g Apples (e.g. Boskop)
  • 1 TL Icing sugar

Put the flour, sugar, flaky butter, vanilla sugar, salt, egg and brittle in a large bowl. Mix with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Then work with your hands into crumbles. Grease a tart pan (26 cm Ø). Pour in half of the crumble and press it into the mold as a base. Scatter hazelnuts on the bottom. Peel and quarter the apples and cut out the core. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 50 minutes on the lower rail.
