Apple Crumble

  • 2 Apples (approx. 360 g)
  • 250 g Blackberries
  • 145 g Sugar
  • 30 g Hazelnut kernels

Wash, peel, core and cut the apples into thin slices. Sort the blackberries, wash them and drain well. Mix the apples and berries and place in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with 20 g of sugar

Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Knead the flour, 125 g sugar, fat, oat flakes and nuts in a bowl first with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with your hands to form a crumble dough. Spread the batter evenly over the fruit. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for 35–40 minutes until the fruit is golden brown. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
