Apple crumble Cake

- 375 g flour

- For the crumble dough, mix flour except for 2 tablespoons and 175 g of sugar. Melt the fat and pour over it. Use the dough hook to make crumbles. Scatter the remaining flour over the crumble and shake everything in the bowl.

- Separate eggs. Beat egg whites and vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the egg yolks, quark, remaining sugar and semolina. Fold in the egg whites. Grease the bottom of a springform pan (24 cm Ø). Fill in half of the crumble and press firmly.

- First sprinkle the quark, then the apple compote on top. Scatter the remaining sprinkles on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 50 minutes. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
