Mix 150 g butter, 150 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Gradually stir in 4 eggs. Stir in the layered cheese and starch. Roughly grate the marzipan for the crumble.

150 g butter inPut flakes, marzipan, 125 g sugar, 250 g flour and 1 egg in a bowl. First work with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with your hands into crumble. Peel, quarter and core the apples, cut into thin wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

For the batter mix 250 g butter, 250 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in 4 eggs one after the other. Mix 400 g flour and baking powder, stir briefly. Grease the oven's drip pan (32 x 39 cm) and dust it with flour.

Pour in the batter and smooth out. Spread half of the apples on the dough. Put the cheese mixture on top and smooth it out. Spread the remaining apple wedges on the cream. Top with sprinkles.

Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) on the lower rack for 40-50 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. Whipped cream tastes good with it.
