Apple compote

- 4 solid apples (approx. 200g each) span>

- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 packet vanillin sugar
- 100 ml eggnog li>

- Peel and quarter the apples and cut out the core. First cut the apple quarters into wedges, then into cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice. Bring 1/4 liter of water to the boil. Add apples, raisins, sugar and cinnamon and cook for about 10 minutes.

- Let cool down. Whip the cream and vanilla sugar until stiff. Serve the compote with whipped cream and eggnog. Serve garnished with apple wedges and mint.
