Apple compote and sour cream layer dish

For 4 people
  • 750 g sour apples
  • 100 ml lime juice
  • 4 EL Sugar
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 20 0 g cream yoghurt
  • 2 packet vanillin sugar
  • 100 g Lady fingers
  • 2 EL Apple grain
  • Lime and Mint

Wash the apples, peel if you like. Cut the apples into wedges and core. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Add the lime juice and sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes over a medium heat, leave to cool. Mix the sour cream, yoghurt and vanilla sugar until smooth. Roughly chop the biscuits and fill them into dessert glasses. Drizzle with apple grain. Layer the sour cream and apple compote on top. Serve decorated with lime and mint
