Apple casserole with peach sauce

- 1/2 l peach ice cream

- Let the ice thaw. In the meantime, wash the apple and cut out the core. Cut the apple into slightly thicker slices. Drizzle with lemon juice. Place white bread and apple slices in a microwave-safe dish like flakes.

- Beat eggs and milk. Season to taste with vanillin sugar, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over the bread and apple slices.Pre-cook for ten minutes at 360 watts. Then finish cooking at 600 watts in about four minutes.

- Chop the pistachios and sprinkle over them. Garnish with lemon balm and serve with the ice cream sauce.
