Apple Calvados Pancakes

- 150 g flour

1 P. Sauce powder 'Vanilla' (for cooking; for 1/2 l milk) - 4 Eggs, 1/4 l milk (size M)
- Salt, 1 tbsp almond flakes
- 2 medium-sized Apples
- 4 EL Butter / Margarine
- 4 tablespoons Calvados, 2 teaspoons of sugar

4 EL Crème fraîche - 2 TL span> Icing sugar

- Mix the flour, sauce powder, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt to a smooth dough. Approx. Let soak for 15 minutes

- Roast the almonds, remove. Peel the apples, cut out the core. Cut the apples crosswise into rings

- Heat 1 tablespoon of fat in a pan (approx. 24 cm Ø). Add 1/4 of the batter. Place 1/4 apple rings on top. Bake the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, keep warm. Bake 3 more pancakes in the same way

- Heat the calvados and dissolve the sugar. Sprinkle with pancakes. Place 1 tablespoon each of crème fraîche and the almonds on top, dust with powdered sugar. Possibly. decorate

- Refine the pancake batter with a little untreated, grated lemon zest. If you don't have an apple cutter, cut the apples into wedges
