Apple buttermilk drink

For 1 glass
  • 100 ml Buttermilk
  • 100 ml Apple juice
  • 1/2 TL (5 g) Honey
  • 2 TL (5 g each) Lime juice
  • 1/2 (50 g) small apple
  • cinnamon
  • lemon balm

Beat the buttermilk, apple juice, honey and 1 teaspoon of lime juice with the hand blender until frothy. Wash and core the apple. Cut 4 small wedges and stick them on a wooden skewer. Cut the remaining apple into large wedges.

Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of lime juice. Pour the drink into a glass, dust with cinnamon. Decorate with a straw, apple skewer and lemon balm. Add apple wedges.
