Apple butter cake muffins

  • 40 g almond flakes

Melt the butter and let it cool down. Mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a bowl. Add one after the other 120 g sugar, vanilla sugar, whipped cream, eggs and 30 g butter. Beat everything with the whisk of the hand mixer for 30 seconds. Set the dough aside. Peel the apple. Cut slices all around up to the core, cut slices into cubes about 1 cm in size and stir into the dough. Put 2 baking tins into each other. Spread the molds on a baking sheet, pour in the batter. For the topping, sprinkle almonds and 30 g sugar on the dough one after the other and drizzle with 40 g melted butter.
