Apple Bowl

For 10 people
  • 4 small apples (100 g each)
  • 3 EL lemon juice
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1/2 l apple grain
  • 1 (0.75 l) Bottle of apple grain
  • 1 (1 l) Bottle of apple juice
  • 1 (0 , 75 l) Bottle of dry sparkling wine

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut the pulp into strips. Drizzle with lemon juice. Wash the lemon thoroughly and cut into thin slices. Pour apple grain, ginger ale, apple juice, apple and lemon slices into a punch bowl. Top up with cold sparkling wine. Add ice cubes
