Apple and walnut bread (diet)

For 1 person
  • 4 walnut halves
  • 1/2 (approx. 60 g) red little apple
  • 1 TL lemon juice
  • 2 EL (20 g each) Lean quark
  • 2 slices Whole grain bread (approx. 40 g each)
  • 2 Pickled lettuce leaves
  • 1-2 Tbsp (approx. 6 g) Radish sprouts

Roast the walnuts in a pan without fat, then chop them up. Remove the core of the apple with a ball cutter. Cut the apple into thin slices, halve them again and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

Mix the quark and 2/3 of the nuts and spread it over two slices of bread. Wash the lettuce leaves, pat dry. Place on the quark, then cover with apple slices. Sprinkle the bread with radish sprouts and remaining walnuts.
