Apple and shrimp pan (diet)

For 1 person
  • 50 g long grain rice
  • Salt
  • 1 Pistons Chicory
  • 1 small apple
  • 120 g Prawns (headless, in shell)
  • 1 TL Oil
  • 1 EL Asian chili sauce
  • 4 stem (s) coriander

Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Clean the chicory and cut the leaves into strips. Wash and quarter the apple, remove the core. Cut the quarters into thin slices.
Peel the prawns and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns, pat dry and cut about 0.5 cm at the head end. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the prawns for about 3 minutes on both sides.
Season the prawns with salt, remove them from the pan and keep warm. Put apple slices in the pan and fry for about 1 minute. Add the Asian sauce and 2-3 tablespoons of water and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Wash the coriander, pat dry and coarsely chop the leaves. Add the prawns, chicory and 2/3 of the coriander to the pan, toss briefly and season to taste again. Drain the rice, garnish with coriander.
Serve with the shrimp pan.
