Apple and sauerkraut salad (diet)

For 1 person
  • 1/2 425 ml-can of sauerkraut
  • 2 EL Apple syrup
  • 1 EL Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 red apple
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 3 thin Slices of smoked turkey breast slices
  • 2 Stiel (e ) Parsley
  • Sugar
  • 1 disc (approx. 50 g) gray bread

Put the sauerkraut in a sieve, rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain. For the marinade, mix together apple juice, vinegar and oil and season with a little salt. Peel the onion and cut into thin wedges.

Cut the core out of the apple halves, cut the apples into wedges. Halve the turkey slices. Wash the parsley, pat dry and cut the leaves from 1 stalk into strips. Mix the parsley strips, onion wedges, sauerkraut, apple wedges, turkey breast and marinade.

Season the salad with salt, pepper and sugar and arrange in a bowl. Garnish with 1 parsley stem. Hand with bread.
