Apple and sauerkraut salad (diet)

- 1/2 425 ml-can of sauerkraut
- 2 EL Apple syrup
- 1 EL Apple cider vinegar
- 1 EL Oil li>
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 red apple
- 1/2 span> green apple
- 3 thin Slices of smoked turkey breast slices
- 2 Stiel (e ) Parsley
- span> Sugar
- 1 disc (approx. 50 g) gray bread

- Put the sauerkraut in a sieve, rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain. For the marinade, mix together apple juice, vinegar and oil and season with a little salt. Peel the onion and cut into thin wedges.

- Cut the core out of the apple halves, cut the apples into wedges. Halve the turkey slices. Wash the parsley, pat dry and cut the leaves from 1 stalk into strips. Mix the parsley strips, onion wedges, sauerkraut, apple wedges, turkey breast and marinade.
- 3.
- Season the salad with salt, pepper and sugar and arrange in a bowl. Garnish with 1 parsley stem. Hand with bread.
