Apple and raisin cakes

  • 200 g soft butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 TL cinnamon
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 leveled teaspoon baking powder
  • 75 g starch
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 EL Raisins

Brush glasses with oil. Preheat the oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer). Mix the butter, sugar and cinnamon with the whisk of the mixer until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time.

Stir in the flour, baking powder and starch.

Wash, peel, quarter, core and grate the apple. Fold into the batter with the raisins. Simmer lid and preserving rings in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain. Take out the cakes.

Immediately close jars with preserving rings, lids and clips. Let cool down.
