Mix 10 g sugar and yeast in a cup until the yeast is liquid. Melt the fat in a saucepan, remove from the stove and add the cold milk. Add the yeast and lukewarm milk-fat mixture to the flour and knead everything for 2-3 minutes using the dough hook of the hand mixer. Cover the yeast dough and let rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Melt the remaining fat. Mix the remaining flour and 50 g sugar, pour in the liquid, hot fat and use the dough hook to make crumbles. Knead the yeast dough briefly again and roll it out on a floured work surface into a 38x18 cm strip. Place diagonally on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rise for another 10-15 minutes. Place the apple compote and poppy seed filling alternately on the strip, leaving one edge free. Sprinkle streusel over the filling and bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet and then cut into pieces.
