Apple and pear compote with cinnamon quark

- 400 g sour apples li>
- 250 g Pears
- 4 EL lemon juice
- 100 ml Apple juice li>
- pulp of 1 vanilla pod
- 1-2 EL Sugar
- 100 g Cream quark (40% fat) span>

- Wash apples and pears, peel as desired. Quarter and core the fruit and cut into wedges. Bring the lemon and apple juice to the boil. Season with vanilla pulp and sugar. Steam the fruits in it for 5-7 minutes, let cool a little.

- Mix the quark, milk and vanilla sugar until smooth. Serve the compote with 1 dollop of quark each. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve garnished with mint.
