Apple and peanut butter sandwiches

- 1 strawberry
- 4 pitted apple slices (possibly 2 red and 2 green each)
- 2 TL lemon juice
- 3–4 TL creamy peanut butter
- 3–4 Whole milk envelope chips
- 1 TL desiccated coconut
- 1 TL Raisins
- 2 small, dark grapes

- Clean, wash and in Cut slices. Brush the apple slices with lemon juice. Brush 2 slices with 1–2 teaspoons of peanut butter
- 2.
- Place strawberry and envelope chips on a coated slice. Place on 1 slice of desiccated coconut and raisins and cover both with the remaining apple slices. Put the grapes in the middle of the apple slices. Arrange in a sealable container

- Walnuts, radishes, cheese slices, vegetable sticks (e.g. red and yellow peppers, carrots and cucumber) and crunchy muesli with dried cranberries dd>
