Apple and onion butter

For 250 g
  • 200 g soft lactose-free butter
  • 6 Stiel (s) Marjoram
  • 1/2 red sour apple
  • 35 g Fried onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Beat the butter with the whisk of the hand mixer until lightly creamy. Wash marjoram. Finely chop the leaves, except for 1 stalk. Cut the apple into small cubes. Fold the fried onions, apple cubes and chopped marjoram into the butter and season with salt and pepper.

Pour butter into glasses, chill and garnish with marjoram before serving.
