Apple and onion butter

- 200 g soft lactose-free butter li>
- 6 Stiel (s) Marjoram
- 1/2 red sour apple
- 35 g Fried onions
- Salt

- Beat the butter with the whisk of the hand mixer until lightly creamy. Wash marjoram. Finely chop the leaves, except for 1 stalk. Cut the apple into small cubes. Fold the fried onions, apple cubes and chopped marjoram into the butter and season with salt and pepper.

- Pour butter into glasses, chill and garnish with marjoram before serving.
