Apple and mustard dip

For 4 people
  • 1 small firm red-peeled apple
  • 1 TL Lemon juice
  • 6 Chives stalks
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 30 g Dijon mustard
  • salt
  • Pepper

Wash the apple. Cut the pulp in thin slices down to the core. Cut the slices into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut the stalks into rolls.
Whisk the sour cream and 20 g mustard with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Approx. 2/3 chives and apple, except for something to garnish, stir in, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the remaining mustard in streaks and arrange in a bowl.
Scatter the remaining apple cubes and chives on top.
