Apple and mint lemonade

  • 1 Lime
  • 4 stem (s) Mint
  • 1 green apple
  • 4 EL brown sugar
  • 1/4 l naturally cloudy apple juice
  • 1 l Mineral water

Wash lime with hot water, rub dry, peel off thinly. Halve the fruit and squeeze out the juice. Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems. Wash and quarter the apple, remove the core.
Mix the apple, except for something to decorate, very finely in a blender, mint, lime juice and zest, sugar and apple juice. (Makes approx. 450 ml) Divide between 4 glasses and fill up with cold mineral water to taste.
Decorate with apple.
