Apple and marzipan copenhagen

In the meantime, whisk together the marzipan, 2 egg yolks and 6 tablespoons of condensed milk. Place 2 slices of dough on top of each other and roll out on a floured work surface to form a rectangle (18 x 11 cm). Spread the marzipan mixture evenly on all the rectangles and turn the corners inwards. Cover evenly with apple compote. 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoonWhisk the condensed milk and brush the edges of the dough with it. Place the copenhagen on 3 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sliced ​​almonds. Bake baking trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / fan: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes.
