Apple and horseradish ragout with smoked pork

- 4 Apples (approx. 500 g) span>
- 400 g triggered Kasseler cutlet
- 1 Bunch Spring onions
- 1 EL Oil li>

- 3/8 l Vegetable stock (instant )
- 2-3 EL Horseradish (from the jar)
- 5 EL Whipped cream
- Salt
- Pepper

- Wash, quarter, core and cut apples. Cut the smoked pork into small cubes. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat in it. Add apples and spring onions, fry briefly. Dust the flour over it. Deglaze with broth and simmer for about 4 minutes. Stir in the horseradish and cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano. Garnish with oregano. Boiled potatoes taste good with it
