Apple and ham salad

For 4 people
  • 1/2 Cucumber (approx. 150 g )
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • lemon juice
  • 1/2 Bund Chives
  • 3 EL Fruit vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Pinch Sugar
  • 3 EL Oil
  • some leaves Frisée salad
  • 4 slices (25 g each) cooked ham

Wash the cucumber, cut into sticks. Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core. Also cut the apples into sticks and drizzle with lemon juice. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls.

Season the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Withdraw the oil and chives. Pour the marinade over the cucumber and apples and turn them loosely. Clean the lettuce, wash it, drain it and pluck it into bite-sized pieces.

Line four small plates with it. Spread the cucumber and apple salad on top. Place 1 slice of ham on each.
