Apple and fennel salad with sprouts

For 4 people
  • 2-3 EL Apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp oil (e.g. B. walnut oil)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Fennel bulb
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 3 (approx. 500 g) tart apples
  • 3-4 EL lemon juice
  • 50 g Radish sprouts
  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 50 g ComtĂ© or Gouda
30 minutes
Vinegar, salt, pepper and Mix in a pinch of sugar. Beat the oil on it. Peel the onion, dice it finely and stir in.
Clean and wash the fennel and slice it into fine slices. Peel and wash the carrot and slice or grate it into fine sticks. Wash apples and cut in half. Possibly. Cut 4 thin slices from the middle for garnish. Quarter and core the apples and slice or grate into thin sticks. Drizzle with lemon juice
Sort the sprouts, rinse and let them drain. Clean and wash lettuce. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and marinade. Slice the cheese into fine chips with a peeler and sprinkle on top. Serve and garnish with apple slices
