Apple and eggnog cake

Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (24 cm Ø) sprinkled with breadcrumbs, smooth out. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for 20-25 minutes, allow to cool. Peel and wash the apples as desired, cut out the core. Cut the apples into thin rings. Place in a large saucepan with lemon juice and wine. Steam for 3-5 minutes, then drain again. Mix the pudding powder, 75 g sugar and 6 tablespoons milk until smooth. Boil the remaining milk. Stir in the mixed powder and bring to the boil. Carefully fold in apple slices, distribute on the dough, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Whip the cream until stiff, drizzle in the vanilla sugar. Spread on the apple layer. Serve decorated with dried apple slices
