Apple and chicory salad with sprouts

For 4 people
  • 3 EL apple vinegar
  • salt, white pepper
  • 1 Pinch Sugar
  • 4-5 EL Oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 g Radish sprouts
  • 2 (approx. 200 g) Carrots
  • 3 Chicory (approx. 150 g each)
  • some lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • 1-2 EL Lemon juice
  • Parsley

Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Beat in the oil. Peel the onion, dice it finely and stir in
Cut the cheese into sticks. Rinse the sprouts, drain them. Peel and wash the carrots, halve lengthways and cut into slices. Clean and wash the chicory. Put some outer leaves aside, cut the rest into small pieces. Clean, wash and pluck the lettuce into pieces. Wash, quarter and core the apples. Cut the apple quarters crosswise into thin slices and immediately drizzle with lemon juice
Line 4 plates with chicory leaves. PreparedMix the salad ingredients and marinade, serve on top. Possibly. Garnish with parsley. Sunflower seed bread tastes good with it
