Apple and carrot drink made from fresh apples and carrots

  • 500 g apples
  • 750 g Carrots
  • 1 untreated lemon

Peel the apples, quarter them, core them and pass them through the juice centrifuge. Pour juice into a carafe. Peel and chop the carrots and also extract the juice. Mix with the apple juice. Wash the lemon, peel thinly and hang the peel in the glasses as a decoration.

Squeeze the lemon and add the lemon juice to taste.
