Apple and carrot drink made from fresh apples and carrots
- 500 g apples
- 750 g sp an> Carrots
- 1 untreated lemon
- Peel the apples, quarter them, core them and pass them through the juice centrifuge. Pour juice into a carafe. Peel and chop the carrots and also extract the juice. Mix with the apple juice. Wash the lemon, peel thinly and hang the peel in the glasses as a decoration.
- Squeeze the lemon and add the lemon juice to taste.
