Apple and bread casserole (oven slippers)

Wash the raisins and let them drain. Cut the rolls into thin slices. Wash apples, pat dry, peel if necessary, poke out core. Cut the apples into thin wedges. Mix the cream, milk, eggs, egg yolks and sugar together.

Layer bread and apples alternately diagonally in a greased baking dish. Pour egg milk over, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, press briefly. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 150 ° C / convection: 125 ° C / gas: level 1) for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
