  • 1 kg apples (e.g. B. Braeburn)
  • 50 g pecans (alternatively walnuts)

  • 300 g Blackberries
40 minutes
very easy
1.
Preheat the oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / Circulating air: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer). Grease an ovenproof dish. Peel, quarter, core and slice apples. Distribute in the mold. Pre-bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.
2.
For the crumble, melt 200 g butter. Roughly chop the nuts. Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, granola and pecans in a bowl. Add liquid butter and knead into coarse crumble with your hands.
3.
Sort the blackberries, rinse briefly. Take apples out of the oven. Spread the blackberries and streusel on the apples. Bake for another 20-25 minutes at the same temperature. Vanilla cream whipped to a semi-stiff taste tastes good with it.
