Apple and blackberry crumble

- some + 200 g cold butter
- 1 kg apples (e.g. B. Braeburn)

- 200 g flour
- 200 g span> sugar

- Preheat the oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / Circulating air: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer). Grease an ovenproof dish. Peel, quarter, core and slice apples. Distribute in the mold. Pre-bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.

- For the crumble, melt 200 g butter. Roughly chop the nuts. Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, granola and pecans in a bowl. Add liquid butter and knead into coarse crumble with your hands.

- Sort the blackberries, rinse briefly. Take apples out of the oven. Spread the blackberries and streusel on the apples. Bake for another 20-25 minutes at the same temperature. Vanilla cream whipped to a semi-stiff taste tastes good with it.
