Apple and amaretto quark dish

  • 4 small apples (100 g each)
  • 7 EL Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Amaretto (almond liqueur)
  • 3 EL Sugar
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 1 packet cream stabilizer
  • 500 g Buttermilk Quark (0.5% fat)
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 6 Ladyfingers

Wash the apples, cut into slices, remove the core and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice. Heat the liqueur, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice in a pan. Steam the apples in portions for 2-3 minutes. Take out, place on kitchen paper and let cool down. Mix the vanilla sugar and cream setting agent. Mix the quark with the whipped cream mixture, 2 tablespoons of sugar and milk until smooth. Crumble the ladyfingers finely. Layer apples, cream and ladyfingers in 4 jars (250 ml each)
