Appetite canapes from the spoon

For 30 spoons
  • 1 TL Sesame
  • 125 g Chicken fillet, 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt, pepper, ground. Ginger
  • 3 spring onions, 1 tomato
  • 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 EL Chili sauce (bottle)
  • 50-75 g Cucumber
  • 10 ( 150 g) cooked prawns
  • 75 g Crème fraîche
  • coarse pepper, lemon juice
  • some sheets Pickled salad
  • 10 slices smoked goose breast
  • chives and dill

With chicken & sesame: Roast the sesame, remove it. Wash the fillet, pat dry, cut into 10 slices. Fry in 1 tablespoon of oil per side for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, remove. Clean, wash and finely dice the spring onions and tomatoes. Mix with honey, sesame seeds, ginger and 1 tbsp vinegar. Mix with the fillet. Spread over 10 spoons (e.g. from the Asian shop)

With chilli prawns: peel and chop the garlic. Mix with the chili sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 2 tablespoons oil. Wash the cucumber, cut into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper. Place on 10 spoons. Serve 1 shrimp and a little chili sauce on each

With goose breast: season the crème fraîche with salt, coarse pepper and lemon juice. Wash and pluck the lettuce. Spread over 10 spoons. Arrange 1 slice of goose breast and a little pepper crème-fraîche on top. Garnish the chicken with chives, prawns with dill
