Aperol grapefruit

  • 3 1/2 Organic limes
  • 100 ml Aperol
  • 4 EL brown sugar
  • 650 ml grapefruit nectar
  • Ice cubes

Wash the limes in hot water, pat dry and cut in half. Cut one half into thin slices. Squeeze the rest of the limes. Mix the aperol, sugar, grapefruit nectar and lime juice. Divide the ice cubes in the glasses.
Pour the Aperol mix on top. Cut into the lime slices towards the center and stick them to the edges of the glass.
