Aperitif with the fondue

  • 200 ml Vodka with blood orange flavor
  • 200 ml grapefruit juice
  • 4 mandarins
  • 6 level TL brown sugar
  • 0.5 l dry sparkling wine

Mix the vodka and grapefruit juice, pour into the ice cube container and leave to freeze overnight.Wash the mandarins, cut into pieces. Pour portions into glasses and pound with brown sugar. Spread ice cubes on top and fill up with sparkling wine
